These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getday0.com (the “Site”), operated by Ami Burstin (Day Zero), a sole operator based in Israel (not a registered company). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site and the service
The Site describes Day Zero, a fixed-scope engagement that builds a startup’s positioning, website, and content. The Site is informational. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement; nothing on the Site is an offer to contract, and these Terms do not create any engagement or client relationship.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — including not attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in violation of these Terms, or submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through the contact form.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, and code), excluding third-party marks, are owned by Day Zero or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without permission.
